Vincent Sim, a 20-year veteran business development and sales leader, has been appointed senior vice president for Southeast Asia and responsible for business growth in the region. Rahul Raghav heads up the newly created role of vice president for product management and oversees the company’s product roadmap.
Sim previously led Resolve I.T as its vice president for sales in Asia Pacific. Prior to that, he was country manager for IBM security business in Thailand, Indonesia, and the Philippines. Sim built his career in the information technology industry and has honed his expertise in the cybersecurity domain. Prior to joining IBM, Sim led the expansion strategy of Lumension, an endpoint security software firm, in Asia Pacific, and accelerated the company’s revenue growth before it was acquired by Heat Software.
Raghav is a proven leader in IT services and programme management. With over 20 years in the industry, he has led and managed large-scale IT migration and software development projects. In his previous role as senior project manager for IBM India, Raghav has led multi-million-dollar transformation projects across financial services and mining industries. His deep skills in stakeholder management combined with sound technical capabilities have led his clients to successfully transit to cloud technologies.
