CYFIRMA is looking for a person with hands-on experience of threat intelligence research, malware analysis, forensic investigation, and/or security consulting to be a part of our research team.

Position : Customer Success Manager
Location : Japan

Role and Responsibility

Develop and promote a customer’s success with technical advisory, hands-on/on-line training, and regular meeting
Responsible for maintaining a customer satisfaction and contract renewal
Perform research and generate intelligence with CYFIRMA’s platform +various sources

Specific Industry : Cyber Security
Experience : 5 – 15 years

Skills & Experience

Must have 5 years experience of security consultant, customer success role
Understanding of overview of cybersecurity landscape in Japan
Understanding cybersecurity covering whole area not only network security
Excellent Japanese communication skills including strong verbal and written skills and demonstrated presentation skills being able to articulate complex topics
Fluent English communication skills including verbal and written skills
Create presentation by finding yourself various sources

Qualification (nice to have) : CISA
